Session Description An experience exchange about modelling and its associated standards.

Facilitator Bernhard Merkle works as a software architect and engineer in Research & Development at one of the world’s leading producers of sensors and sensor solutions. He serves as an internal consultant for the complete Software Development Cycle and is responsible for methods selection, tool evaluation and tool introduction.

In his previous job, he worked at a major MDA-Tool vendor where he accomplished Client projects using MDA and Modelling-Languages and gave training courses on MDA, J2EE, CORBA, Java and C++.

He regularly writes technical articles about these and other new technologies in IT magazines and has also given sessions at various conferences (e.g. ACCU, IX and OOP).
